Étienne CadestinFounder & Global CEO (U.K.)
Etienne founded Longevity Partners in 2015. Prior to that, Etienne worked at Knight Frank, JLL and the United Nations Environment Programme (the leading global environmental authority that sets the global environmental agendas).
Etienne has more than a decade of experience in sustainable property investment and strategy. He currently advises the largest property investment companies in Europe.
In 2017, Etienne was picked to be an Estate Gazette’s 'Property Rising Star' and nominated for numerous awards as one of the most active young leaders in the sustainability and real estate industries. He regularly speaks at high-level events, giving his vision for smart cities, carbon neutral buildings, wellbeing in the work place and the future of the real estate industry.
Etienne graduated from the London School of Economics. A keen sportsman, Etienne has run nine marathons and enjoys playing tennis, sailing, skiing, cycling and golf. He is married with one daughter.
Stéphane CarpierManaging Director France & Benelux (France)
Stéphane is Managing Director of France and the Benelux region.
For the last seven years, Stéphane was Technical Director in charge of the entire Gecina portfolio, the fourth largest property company in Europe, with more than 1 million sq m of real estate under his leadership.
He successfully reduced CO2 emissions by 40% across the portfolio and certified more than 800,000 sq m of assets.
He is a trained engineer with technical expertise in green building design and construction and management.
Stéphane is often invited to speak at round tables and symposiums to share his views on responsible property investment in France.
Retha FourieGroup Financial Controller (U.K.)
Retha joined the company in 2011 and played a key role in setting-up the Long Harbour Ground Rent Fund. Retha is responsible for the maintaining the management accounts and payroll for all entities across the platform, performing cash and working capital reconciliations, as well as the accounting and approval of completion statements for corporate and property acquisitions at the ground rent fund level. Her responsibilities include liaising with external auditors and overseeing the finance function of the group's ground rent property management and rent collection company.
Retha is a registered member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), SAIPA (South African Institute of Professional Accountants) and has a degree in Cost and Management Accounting.
Divya HariramaniInnovation and Energy Consultant (U.K.)
Divya joined Longevity Partners in 2017 after completing a fully funded master’s in Renewable Energy Engineering in Lisbon, Barcelona and Stockholm, which focused on energy in the Built Environment.
With previous experience in the energy sector working with the likes of EOn, she is now specialising in energy efficient solutions for Longevity’s clients and is leading their building energy modelling services.
Thomas LariviereSustainabilty Analyst (France)
Thomas joined Longevity Partners in 2018, having graduated from the Rennes School of Business with an MSc in Sustainable Management and Eco-innovation in partnership with l’Ecole des Métiers de l’Environnement, engineering school, and a Bachelor degree in Biology.
He has previously worked on CSR topics, including 1 year as an auto-entrepreneur working on different sectors for 6 Dalkia production facilities (Risk Assessment), SAUR (Economic Footprint), GPSO (CSR assessment), and assessed the CSR practices of CEMEX France Parisian production sites. Based in Paris, he now advises Longevity Partners' clients on their sustainability strategies.
Thomas is a triathlete and hiking lover.
Anthony MaguireAssociate Director (U.K.)
With over four years’ experience in the real estate sector, Anthony joined Longevity Partners in 2017 from JLL. He specialises in renewable energy solutions for our turnkey clients and is particularly well versed within the retail and industrial sectors.
Anthony has a BA in Geography from UCL and an MSc from Imperial in Environmental Technology.
Outside of work, Anthony is a keen cyclist and a (very) amateur brewer.
Douglas McKenzieGroup Finance Director (U.K.)
Douglas is the Group Finance Director and a member of the Risk and Compliance Committee. He brings wide ranging expertise to the day to day asset management of the underlying funds, and completion of corporate and asset transactions. His oversight responsibilities cover the finance, accounting, tax, treasury, risk management and regulatory compliance of the firm as an AIFM (Alternative Investment Fund Manager).
Douglas worked at Moore Stephens LLP from 2000 to 2012. Having qualified as a chartered accountant in 2001, Douglas provided audit and assurance services to a client base comprising high-net worth family office investment and hedge funds, shipping and real estate clients (both private and public).
Amedeo MusiniSustainability and Energy Analyst (U.K.)
Amedeo is a Sustainability and Energy Analyst at Longevity Partners. He graduated from King’s College London with an MA in Environment and Development. He previously worked with the United Nations Global Compact, pursuing Sustainable Development Goals with businesses in the U.S. and in Chile.
Amedeo is a keen traveller and in his spare time he trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and enjoys kitesurfing, playing football and hiking.
Olivia O'BrienSustainability Analyst (U.K.)
Olivia joined Longevity Partners as a Sustainability Analyst in 2018. She graduated with an MA (Hons) in French and Geography from the University of St Andrews, specialising in climate change science and policy. Prior to her role at Longevity Partners, she worked towards developing sustainable livelihoods in rural Nicaragua, and with the United Nations Environment Program (Geneva) in evaluating their international projects, focusing on stakeholder engagement.
Olivia is a keen traveler and sportswoman, playing hockey since a young age whilst also enjoying long-distance running, skiing and trekking.
Aurélie Rebaudo-ZulbertyHead of Strategy and Reporting (France)
Aurelie is Head of Strategy and Reporting for Longevity Partners' French office.
For the last five years, she was the Head of Corporate and Social Responsibility at Gecina, the fourth largest property company in Europe.
Under her leadership, Gecina became a GRESB sector leader as well as the first French real estate company to implement Science Based Targets. Prior to her role at Gecina, she was responsible for sustainable purchasing at Veolia Environment, to design and implement innovative practices across the group.
She joined Longevity Partners to support businesses across Europe to reach the highest standards of sustainability and ensure they have robust reporting frameworks.
Aurelie graduated from HEC and is an expert in sustainable strategy development, complex property performance management and reporting.

Lena SchneidewindSustainability and Energy Analyst (U.K.)
Lena joined Longevity in 2019, having graduated from the University of Oxford with a Master in Chemistry specialising in environmental issues. For her master thesis, she worked in the Environmental Engineering Department on circular systems converting carbon dioxide back into transport fuels.
Lena loves being outside, engaging in activities from climbing and skiing, to acroyoga on mountain tops. She has a passion for acting and DIY projects.
Margaux GattyCommunications and Marketing Manager (U.K.)
Margaux joined Longevity Partners as Media and Communication Manager. Margaux joined Longevity Partners from her role in Public Relation at Lansons Communications. She graduated with an Msc and an MA from the LSE and the University of Southern California where she focused on media, marketing and global communication. She previously worked as a journalist at Responsible Investor and participated in a collaborative journalism project with BBC News, FirstDraft News and Google called 'CrossCheck' where she tracked disinformation surrounding the French Presidential Election.
Margaux's areas of interest are social impact, storytelling and media transparency. In her spare time Margaux enjoys hiking and is a strong supporter of 'green tourism'.
Hannah BrownSustainability & Energy Analyst (U.K.)
Hannah joined Longevity in 2019, having graduated from the University College London with a masters in Sustainable Resources: Economics, Policy and Transitions, after completing her undergraduate degree in Economics and Geography. For her master’s thesis, she researched the impact of mining in the vicinity of World Heritage Sites, working alongside UNESCO, the WHO and several gold mining companies.
Hannah loves travelling, painting and is a huge fan of nature documentaries.
Benjamin WatkinsSustainability Intern (U.K.)
Ben joined Longevity in 2019 from the University of Manchester where he graduated with an B.Sc. (Hons) in Geography with International Study. He focussed on climate change and environmental issues before moving on to the University of Edinburgh to study the interdisciplinary course M.Sc. Energy, Society and Sustainability, focusing more heavily on renewable energy.
Juliette MabardiSustainability and Energy Analyst (U.K.)
Juliette joined Longevity in 2019 as a Sustainability and Energy Analyst. She graduated from the Louvain School of Management (LSM) with a masters in Corporate Sustainable Management. For her master’s thesis, she studied the use of the Sulitest (Sustainability Literacy Test) in the master program of the LSM, and its impact on the students.
Juliette has experience in sustainability management and reporting in different sectors: energy, medical equipment and higher education.
Juliette is part of Generation T, a Belgian network of young people working towards a sustainable society. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, travelling and discovering new cultures.
Kureha YamaguchiSustainability and Energy Intern (U.K.)
Kureha is reading Engineering at the University of Cambridge and is an IET Diamond Jubilee Scholarship holder. She is passionate about sustainability and renewable energy and has enjoyed taking on various engineering projects such as building a foldable electronic bicycle helmet, a PPG heart rate monitor and an autonomous robot.
Kureha is a keen tennis and lacrosse player and is excited to captain the University Women’s 1st Tennis Team next academic year.
Mélanie MartinassoSustainability and Energy Analyst (U.K.)
Mélanie joined Longevity in 2019 as a Sustainability and Energy Analyst. She graduated from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne in 2015 in Environmental Sciences and Engineering.
She began her career in the construction sector as an engineer in the field of green building design and energy saving. For 3 years, she performed building audit and concept for both, new construction and renovation. She worked closely with local authorities, certificate accreditors and contractors to identify best sustainable solutions in order to reduce carbon emissions for the built environment.
Out of the office, Mélanie enjoys discovering new cultures and spending time in the wild. She loves her native mountains, The Alps, and practices hiking, Nordic skiing, running and time to time playing golf.
Clémentine Anne CaulierSustainability Analyst (France)
Clémentine joined Longevity Partners in 2019 from Emlyon Business School as a Sustainability Analyst. She graduated from emlyon business school with a master in management and corporate sustainable development, and from university with a master in european law.
She previously worked on CSR topics with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Suez and Mastercard.
Outside of work, Clémentine is passionate about the sea, whether it is swimming or sailing, and is a keen climber.
